What is Fionn Advanced?

The name "Fionn" comes from Fionn mac Cumhaill, one of the great legendary figures of Irish mythology. According to Irish folklore, Fionn gained the gift of wisdom by tasting the Salmon of Knowledge. Our headquarters sit in the Boyne Valley, County Louth, the very place where that legend is said to have taken place. We chose this name because the animal care industry is full of conflicting opinions, confusing marketing and practices that have not kept pace with modern science. Fionn Advanced is a science-led, animal-focused source of wisdom: clarity in place of confusion, evidence in place of guesswork.
